With effect from 1 June 2017 asu.ltd will no longer provide premium administration services for Payment Protection Insurance.
Customers of asu.ltd who had a policy in force in March 2017 (i.e. paying monthly premiums by Direct Debit) have already been advised by letter of the change to administrator for future monthly premiums.
The new administrator for premium collections after 1 June 2017 is Compass Underwriting Ltd. This company will also be taking over claims administration from Jubilee Managing Agents Limited on any new claims registered on or after 1 June 2017.
From 1 June 2017 the new administrators, Compass Underwriting Ltd, will be handling all aspects of the active policies transferred to them. Compass is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under reference 304908 and are members of the General Agents' Association and the British Insurance Brokers Association. if you need to contact Compass directly please follow this link:-
If you wish to make an enquiry about a policy for which premiums ceased you may contact Compass Underwriting Ltd and they will try to direct you to the relevant insurer who would have looked after your policy. Compass Underwriting Ltd does not accept any liability for policies where premiums ceased prior to June 1st 2017 and did not therefore transfer to Compass Underwriting Ltd.
